The jury are of internationally experienced experts in design,education, marketing, and the media. Professor CJ Lim from Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) will chair the jury.

The judging criterion are based on creativity and rational analysis demonstrated in the scheme. The judging process will be done through a open and transparent workshop. All the submitted work will be shown online within 7 days after the deadline. The winning works will be exhibited and published in London and China. The copyright remains with the designer. The organiser can use the design in the project, in the activities and publications related to the project free of charge. The designer of the selected architectural scheme will be invited to join the project team to develop the design for construction. Submission to the competition will automatically confirm the participant accept (s) the terms and conditions set out in the competition documents and supplements.

奖项和奖金设置

评委由来自设计，教育，市场营销和媒体的国际知名专家组成。伦敦大学巴特列Bartlett建筑学院教授，英国著名建筑师CJ Lim先生担任评审团主席。

评审的原则是设计方案的创意和合理逻辑分析。评审的过程将在公开透明的研讨会举行。所有参赛获奖作品将在截止日期7天后在网站展出。获奖方案将在伦敦和中国展出，还将在设计专业杂志发表。参赛作品的著作权属于参赛者，主办方享有免费在与该项目有关的范围内使用作品的权利（包括用与项目实施和出版）。对于建筑类，如果方案被选中得以实施，其作者将被邀请参加项目设计。方案提交即表示参赛者接受本设计公告和补充资料所制定的条款。
